About Us

Coleen Curry

Coleen Curry has over twenty years of experience in social impact strategy in the private and nonprofit sectors as a leader and consultant. She has deep expertise in understanding complex social and business objectives and developing the detailed strategies, plans, and measurable goals needed to be successful. Coleen also has considerable experience in identifying and developing successful opportunities for earned income. Coleen's current and recent clients include such leading foundation, nonprofit, and private sector organizations as AARP, Lockheed Martin, Crown Family Philanthropies, Feeding America, NeighborWorks, Wells Fargo Regional Foundation, US Soccer Foundation, Playworks, and Participant Media. 


Prior to her current consulting work, Coleen served as the Senior Director for Innovation, Planning, and Grants at Share Our Strength. In that role she led the Executive Team through multiple strategic growth planning processes; developed impact measures, goals, and an Executive Dashboard process to help evaluate progress; launched an Innovation department dedicated to developing new strategies to end childhood hunger; and oversaw granting strategy and implementation. Coleen also led a successful effort to secure growth funds from the federal government Social Innovation Fund program. 


Coleen also has experience as a consultant with Community Wealth Partners, a consulting firm serving nonprofit and private sector clients to increase their social impact. Coleen has additional management consulting experience from A.T. Kearney, where she served Fortune 50 clients in the retail, technology, pharmaceutical, and foodservice industries. Coleen has her MBA from the University of Virginia and her BA from Colgate University.
